We are happy to print AI-generated designs. However, we cannot guarantee high print quality if the files provided are low resolution. AI-submitted files are typically flattened or fixed, and cannot be edited or adjusted by our team.
File Exporting Requirements (Read Before Uploading)
Guide on how to save your design files to ensure that your designs are ready and acceptable for us to print.
Adobe inDesign:
Package your file (located under file menu):
• Include all fonts
• Include all links
• Export a Press Quality PDF (include bleed)
Adobe Illustrator:
Package your file (located under file menu) OR
• Embed all Images
• Convert all your text/copy to outlines
• Export as Illustrator EPS or PDF
Corel Draw:
Save your Corel Draw file as an Adobe Illustrator EPS
• Embed all Images
• Convert all your text/copy to outline fonts
• Export as Illustrator EPS
Microsoft Word:
You will need to have the full version of Adobe Acrobat PDF
• Under File, Print, select Adobe PDF writer
• Under Properties select Press Quality and
save your PDF
Publisher:
You will need to have the full version of
Adobe Acrobat PDF
• Under File, Print, select Adobe PDF writer
• Under Properties select Press Quality & Save your PDF
Canva:
- Click Download and Select File Type
- Select “PDF Print”
- Click Box for “Crop Marks and Bleeds”
- Have Canva Pro – Select CMYK Color Profile
Photos and Graphics:
Resolution should be set to 300 dpi.
Pictures and graphics pulled from the internet are often low resolution, typically 72 dpi or 96 dpi. Avoid these graphics, as they will appear pixelated and blocky when printed.
It’s also important to note that you should save all photos in CMYK mode, not RGB mode whenever possible. Images saved in RGB mode may not print properly. If you are unable to save your image in CMYK mode, please let us know.
